OPI: A Grape Fit! & Image Plate m71

Indoor:

Thumb:

So I've been thinking I wanted to do more nail art for my blog - and this is what I came up with today.

Hmm, I think it's a good concept but the color choice could be better. I'm thinking a black base would look pretty awesome. I don't know why I'm so nic-picky when it comes to my own nail art. Oh well...

Back to the drawing board!

  1. No don't change a thing it looks so pretty like that. What about a pale pink with black patterns if you want a different colour ?

  2. It's pretty <3
I think it would look better if the white was less "bright" though, like if it "blends in" more to the colour scheme.......ah I do'nt know what I'm talking about ^^

  3. Vegesauras: I think that works too!

Shirley: funny thing, I was thinking the opposite. I was thinking lighter base with the white. But I agree with the blending in concept, it would make me feel more comfortable. hehe

    Jen: Thank you :)

  4. Ooh, I love that pattern! I definitely think black or dark burgundy would make a great base.

  6. Zara: Yea I think black would be the best choice. It was the first thing that came to mind AFTER I finished my mani.

Trincess: Don't mind at all :)

  7. Wow I love this again..

And this is so funny; these weeks I was just thinking about doing some nailart (with Konad - but I have never done that before and I don't have those things at home). And now you are saying that you would like to do some more nailart in your blog!! Perfect, hahaha!

Btw, I don't think this would look more beautiful with a black base instead of lilac. The contrast would be too big I think. I love this combination. It is so fresh and.. I cannot express it in words.

But I bet you can make this stunning with a black base =P.

@vegesauras: She did something like that in her previous blog 'The Betsey Johnson Challenge' ^.^
